Used correctly, it provides the necessary energy for change and can help us lead a better life.
There is no anger culture in our society. Usually, the following attitudes shape our relationship to Anger:
Anger is unprofessional.
You don't have to have Anger, and it leads nowhere anyway.
Control your Anger.
Anger is not feminine.
Good children don't get angry.
Anger is dangerous.
Some people are afraid of their Anger.
And some fear the Anger of others.
There are many strategies for making Anger go away.
A survey found: "Anger is not good. We need to control it and ideally make it go away." So socially, there is an underlying sentiment that Anger is something we don't want to have and should go away.
The feeling of Anger is wrongly pushed into a destructive corner. If we get access to it back, we invite clarity and freedom into our lives. In the following workshop, we want to start diving into:
What is Anger, and why is it important?
Why does Anger exist?
How can I let Anger out in a controlled way?
Making better use of Anger and resentment
How can breathwork support us?

What if we could see Anger as a neutral source of energy and information that can connect us to what matters to us? Learn to feel and express your Anger in a safe space. Give power to your voice. Then, after reconnecting with our Anger, we can draw boundaries and make those clear distinctions. It allows us to act from the moment of clarity and presence within us, take responsibility for Anger, own it and harness it, and use Anger to become adults and responsible.
